'La signora Paola molto gentile ci ha accolto e spiegato le regole della casa. Camera con tutti i comforts, un bagno troppo bello! Possibile andare in piscina con idromassaggio con una zona relax e speaker molto bella! La prima colazione con tinental, torte fatte in casa e molto di più!

'O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. O quarto é amplo e confortável, possui sacada tanto no quarto como também no banheiro, que é um banheiro muito grande, com excelente chuveiro, os produtos de toillet são de ótima qualidade, e o secador de cabelo tem um boa...

'Honestly, one of the best boutique Hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so well appointed and although they are updated they fit in perfectly with the history of the property! The staff went beyond and above the call…. Stephania, Daniela, David ….. at the front and the darling server Andrea to name a few. The assistance with the parking was a huge help as well. Recommendations for restaurants and Jewelry shopping were superb.

'De ingang van dit hotel roept de vraag op of je op het goede adres bent, maar eenmaal binnen op de eerste verdieping ontvangt de vriendelijke eigenaar je in het charmante hotel. "We had a nice stay. Location is great. Breakfast area is a bit outdated. During check-out we were surprised to pay (eur18) for the changes of towels. This was not explained during check-in, but seems that a notification was in the room. At the end we did not have to pay. I believe the hotel should communicate better for such costs (or even better not to charge guests for such things)."
