'The room was gorgeous and the hotel itself was amazing. I couldn’t believe how comfortable the room was. And I was amazed by the high ceiling. Although not in the caves itself it only took a few minutes walk to get to them.
But the best part of the experience was the staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay there perfect. '

'The whole hotel is unique. Rooms are special. It is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and always prepared to help. Great breakfast. From the hotel you walk immediately into the old town. '

'It’s a very nice cave hotel that is very conveniently located to explore the old Matera on foot. It is safe and quiet at night. There is also a very good restaurant right outside the door Dominica was absolutely wonderful. She came to meet me all the way at the airport, even though my flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until the evening. She also gave me a detailed information on what to see in the town, the most important landmarks, where to go for nice views, where to go out to eat, etc....
