'The receptionist was delightful!!! She was professional, and handling a delicate situation with a gentleman who did not speak much English when we arrived. She was polite and keep checking in with us! She never lost her composure, and handled it like a pro. She was polite, considerate, and smiled pleasantly the entire time. She was a standout person!
