« The biggest issue was the smell- the rooms smelled awful. The rest of the hotel did not...so clearly the rooms are ventilated well enough. Our beds were saggy like being in a hammock. Everyone struggled with really bad beds. It is also over a highway and possibly near train track. Sleeping is almost impossible unless you bring ear plugs and an eye mask. I actually woke up multiple times, thinking a vehicle was driving right into the room. The hotel could definitely benefit from soundproofing. I...

« We booked on here because the pet fee said $40. But we got there after booking and they said it was $75. It was to late to change or cancel. So please go to website of hotel and see what they say the fee is. EXPEDIA doesnt update their websites.. We booked two rooms and one room the tub leaked and the hot water in that room wasn't hot. Breakfast was okay. »

« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »

« My partner sneezed most of the night - there must have been animals in the room before us, but it was billed as a "no pets" room. We had booked a king room, but the desk clerk who checked us in said this one would be better because no animals had been in it. I'm not sure that was true. There wasn't enough food for breakfast. We were there at 8 am. The desk clerk indicated that they do not replenish supplies and didn't seem to care. There were others who came after us and they were out of luck....

« Room was clean, parking was good, a little bit of a walk but that's ok. Hallway and room smelled like cigarettes, The pool area looked terrible, the lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming and finally last but not least the breakfast! Its the main thing I look for when getting a hotel, because of the convenience. They advertise that there is a breakfast, when in fact there is not! I'm not a big complainer but, I should have picked somewhere else and will next time. »
