The apartment is located above The Landing coffee shop, has one parking space and has it's own private entrance located at the side of the café.

The Neighborhood:
West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches in the area. And this apartment puts you within easy walking distance of it. The apartment is situated at the top of the road that leads to West Wittering Beach. You can also easily reach coastal paths and areas of outstanding beauty.
Whether you’re staying in the area for the activities or to relax, you’ll be pleased to know that a local shop is within easy walking distance, so you can stock up on essentials. The Wittering pub is across the road and serves greta food , as well as pizzas in the beer garden during the summer.
Head to East Wittering village to discover a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. There are two butchers, two greengrocers and a fish monger. You can walk along the beach or road in 20-30 minutes, or drive in a few minutes.
The historic city of Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues, including a cinema and theatre, isaround 20 minutes drive away. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.
Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed, are 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
Getting Around:
With one parking space outside The Landing cafe (which the apartment is above), driving to West Wittering is a good option, but once you’re here, unless you’re planning to venture far and wide, you might find you can leave the car parked up. There is so much within easy walking distance, including the beach, shop and pub. There is a reliable bus service that connect you with East Wittering and Chichester. Or you can always hire local cabs to get you where you need to go. Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Bournemouth, Portsmouth and London.
