On Thursday, December 4th, 2025 I checked into room 115. While entering the room I could immediately smell smoke, like someone had been smoking inside that room. I tried to withstand it, but after about an hour or hour and a half my nostrils started to burn so I went to the front counter to inform James. He was kind enough to offer me another room. The next room we entered had the smoke smell as well so we went to room 112. Room 112 didn't have the smell of smoked, looked okay to stay in. Around 6pm while getting ready to shower, I noticed some ants on the floor. I didn't make a big deal because I got rid of them.
On Friday, December 5th, 2025 around 3:15pm as I was sitting on the bed I heard the heating/cooling system on the wall make a disturbing sound and then there was a burning smell that followed. The heat had been working just fine beforehand. The room was set at 73 and went down to 71. I had ordered a small pizza and mozzarella triangles from Giordano's. I put the box with the rest of the pizza on the flattop stove.
