This property is ginormous which means the amenities are difficult to duplicate. Example - minimal charging ports in room. No microwave yet a mini fridge is available. I was amazed how loud every movement was throughout the property.

This Marriott property is located in a very convenient location on the famous Magnificent Mile. There are countless shops and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. The surrounding area is walkable, and a metro stop is just a 5-minute away. The hotel is quite luxurious, and the rooms are nicely appointed with many amenities. The on-site restaurant has great food and good service.

I first came to this hotel for a convention being held there and I met Miguel the bellman and he was absolutely wonderful! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and was so pleasant and helpful. I’ve been back to this hotel on a lot of occasions now instead of trying other hotels and always look forward to seeing Miguel each time I visit the city!

We truly enjoyed our stay! I think the only minor issues we came across were at the restaurant on the second floor of the lobby. We sat down to dinner one night, and no one took our order for about 30 minutes. Finally what appeared to be the manager came out to take our order. Then we gave it another try for breakfast another day, and our service staff was wonderful, but we think they forgot about us after they took our order because the food came out 40 minutes after we placed our order. The table next to us had 4 people and they placed their order about 30 minutes after us, then got their food about 2 minutes before us. The food on the other hand was delicious! I think maybe they were just understaffed. Overall, amazing customer service and a beautiful hotel. Thank you!

Overall great stay. Location is super convenient, views were excellent, amenities exactly what you’d expect for a Marriott. Very friendly and fast check in. Trying to get more than just two towels for a whole weekend was the only thing difficult about the stay! Would definitely book again.
