Our vacation apartments at BOTTONERA casa vacanza are located in Bottonera—the neighborhood that gives the property its name—Chiavenna’s old artisans’ quarter, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone. The building, which had stood unused and dilapidated for years, has been lovingly renovated from the ground up. Here, timeless design meets Alpine coziness. Central yet quiet. Bathed in sunshine with south-facing balconies and magnificent mountain views.

The Ledù is our cozy, alpine-style retreat for 2 people on the 1st floor, featuring an open-concept layout. It features a floating LAGO double bed (1.60 m), an open-concept bathroom with a separate toilet and bidet, a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette, and a small, cozy south-facing terrace. The design highlights—the Curve Bench by Riva 1920 and the SMEG retro refrigerator, a classic of “Made in Italy” design—add a personal touch.
