Wij waren zeer tevreden over dit hotel. Het ziet er schoon uit. De medewerkers binnen zowel buiten het hotel zijn vriendelijk. De omgeving is top vooral met de night bazaar 1 minuut van het hotel vandaan. Ze hadden zelfs een gebakje op ons kamer achtergelaten op de verjaardag van mijn vrouw. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan. Ik zou niet alle excursies boeken via het hotel in de omgeving kan dit ook en vinden wij persoonlijk de tourgidsen beter Onze ervaring met de gidsen via het hotel is dat zij niet allemaal de Engelse taal niet goed beheersen...als je een vraag stelt werd dat niet begrepen en krijg je dus geen antwoord.

Excellent hotel nicely located with friendly staff
dusitD2 is a nicely located hotel with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is clean and has nice facilities. The room was spacious anc clean. The bed was comfy and large. The people at reception and other were very service-oriented with a smile. I will come back again next time.

Very conveniently located. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. We had an early flight and they were more than happy to serve us 15 minutes before opening time.

The location of this hotel is prime. Its very walkable to tons of shopping and night market. However, the rooms had that dirty musk carpet smell. Even in the hallways it smelled like that. The hotel definitely needs a remodel. Ive stayed at other dusit hotels before, I think this definitely is my least favorite. The bed was very uncomfortable and had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat. Its a good for 2 nights stay at max. However, the staff as always makes the stay better.

Not sure how this property has such high reviews. It’s very old and run down. The rooms also smell mouldy. The best thing is the location. I had high expectations because of the high reviews but was let down.
