'We prepaid but it was so bad we left. Went and found another hotel. Floors were dirty and sticky in room. Shower was unclean. Back of door had splatter/spray marks on it and the door was all beat up. Very poor condition and unclean. Another person came to check in desk while we were checking in asking for another room because his door lock wasn't working properly. Do not recommend.'

We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. 'Het bed was opgemaakt maar met enkel een laken en een dun fleecedekentje, tevens leek het erop dat de strijkservice niet aan het werk was( lakens verkreukeld) waardoor het leek dat het bed al beslapen was.'

'Poor customer service. I had to wait basically 2 hours at the front desk because they didn’t know how to get a way of payment in their system. The host didn’t want to look for the details on the system wich made us wait longer than we spected. Then they don’t do cleaning service daily even when you let them know. The hotel was ok but I think they have to improve those topics. Mather fact I will put a Lgreat feedback for the cleaning guy, he was so polite, kind and respectful. Nice to know...

'The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them.'

'Shower was almost impossible to use, bedding was sub par,no elevator. Cleanliness doesn't seem like a priority. Apparently lots of truckers mixed with riff raff stay there, didn't feel exactly safe. Only positive was Raj at the front desk (late nught) very cheerful and helpful. Doubtful we'll be back. Way too much $ for sub par conditions'
