'Room was clean, and staff was genuine, friendly, and helpful. Close walk to pizza restaurant, and breakfast at Mabel’s across the street is not to be missed. Our family also enjoyed hanging out together in the lounge.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'

'Een leuke eenvoudige accommodatie die centraal gelegen is.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

'Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!'

'Great hotel.'
