Wake to ridgeline views, fall asleep to lake sounds. Set on 3+ acres, this 3-level cabin is your Smoky Mountain basecamp. Soak in the hot tub, then hit the ping-pong table in the game room. With 4 bedrooms — including 2 king ensuites, a queen, and a twin room — each with a Smart TV, there's space and privacy for everyone. The ideal fit for multiple families or larger groups.

The Neighborhood

Tucked into the Tobacco Branch Village community, you'll have access to a private lake for kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming, plus a floating dock where you can sit and take in the mountain views. Kayaks and SUPs are currently on a bring-your-own basis. There's also a pavilion with BBQ grills and picnic benches for group meals, and a large open field perfect for kids and dogs to run and play. All this just a short drive from Bryson City, Fontana Lake, the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The Space
Spread across three levels, the cabin is designed for both togetherness and privacy. Two king bedrooms each come with their own ensuite bathroom — perfect for couples or those wanting extra comfort and quiet. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom round out the sleeping arrangements, all with their own Smart TVs for easy downtime.
The game room is a favorite gathering spot, with a ping-pong table for friendly competition rain or shine. Step outside to soak in the hot tub while soaking up the ridgeline views, or head down to the private community lake for a swim or paddle.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cabin across all three levels, as well as the shared Tobacco Branch Village amenities — the private lake, floating dock, pavilion, and field. Please note the home does include stairs between levels, so guests should be comfortable navigating them.

Getting Around

Centrally located in the valley, you're just minutes from Fontana Lake and a short, easy drive to Bryson City, the NOC, Tsali Recreation Area, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park — putting hiking, biking, rafting, and small-town charm all within close reach.
