Hotels in de buurt van Cheras Leisure Mall (Kuala Lumpur)

'Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us. The most advantages I have to say for staying there is the free parking and the available parking lots in that hotel. There is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel, make thing really convenient for us. The laundry room is also a big advantage so we can wash the cloths and the laundry room is clean too. I...

'Ja waren winkels in de buurt. Ontbijt was lekker en vers'

'Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable'

'This was my first time staying here. It is a simple, quiet and cozy hotel located in the outskirts of the city, perfect for a short getaway. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, and the air conditioner provided me with a comfortable sleep at night. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof; once a guest next door watched the TV on a high volume and I could hear it from my room, albeit not so clearly. Overall it is much better than the other hotels of the same level...

'Appartement propre mais aménagé de façon très basique, bien pour quelques jours. Très bien situé dans une résidence connectée aux transports en commun et au dessus d'un centre commercial.'

'Hotel is netjes. Het restaurant is alleen open voor ontbijt en lunch. Het winkelcentrum naast het hotel is verouderd, waardoor er nog maar weinig winkels in zitten. '

'This property is located in a convenient place with a MRT station nearby and a shopping centre below. However, the management team really needs some improvements to make this place more welcoming to the guests. When we checked in, we found there were multiple issues with the unit: 1) the washer machine was actually very hard to reach -- it was placed outside with a giant AC over the head; 2) the AC did not work well -- it might need some basic maintenances; 3) the housing keeping staff did not...

'The setup for the kids was really nice, however, the property was not clean, the bedsheets and the towels were old and dirty. I tried to ask for refund but he kindly offered to replace the towels and bedsheets and to clean the apartment.'

'First of all we've been waiting an hour just to get the key and end up the room card cant access. Arrange change to another room at another floor but rooms are not clean. Strong odor left from previous tenant and the bedsheet are not well organise. Call and message for help but didn't reply and no responses at all. Hairdryer and toilet roll not provided as stated. Next day only reply out of stock when we almost need to check out. Honestly, i wont be back for this owner property as services very...

'The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place.'
