'Extremely clean and great customer service!'

'The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room.'

'Staff was helpful & friendly. Rooms & bathroom were clean & spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but it was more than continental that was advertised. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, & potatos & waffle maker. I really enjoyed the coffee machine that made lattes & cappuccinos & such. The pool area was nice. The location was near the interstate & perfect for my needs during the visit to the area. The price was also affordable for a comfortable...

'We were lucky to find an available room with it being race weekend. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was awesome and the water temp was also good. The air was cold at first but through the night I wasn’t as cold. The hotel is old and needs a major update especially for the price. We felt safe and was in a great area. Honestly other than needed to be updated I can’t complain.'

'Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brenda, who was extremely kind and helpful. She checked me in and provided recommendations to the nearby restaurants and have me directions to the venue that I was in town for. My room was clean, spacious and accommodating to my needs. Overall, my visit was pleasant and I would definitely recommend others to this hotel.'

'We stayed for two nights, everything was super clean, the furniture was modern and tasteful very comfortable. The 14.99 breakfast buffet was not great, the service was excellent. Coffee after 3 pm was cold. For a Hilton I was expecting fresh breakfast made to order instead of a premade one. The accessible room was down the hall having to walk further down to and from the elevator.'

'the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. '
