Access is via a large private courtyard (parking for 3 vehicles), which includes a lockable outbuilding for storing your bicycles – the cottage is certified "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome). At the rear, there is a 300 m² private garden with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds or one 180x200 cm bed) with en-suite shower rooms. Ideal for families or two couples. Bed linen (beds made) and towels are provided. Electric heating (included in the rates). Wi-Fi or Ethernet internet access in all rooms. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Smoking is not permitted.

This cottage, fully renovated in 2018 by its owners, offers a peaceful stay in the Touraine region, close to major Loire Valley attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Loches, as well as the Beauval Zoo. Chédigny, the only village to be designated a "remarkable garden," has a restaurant located 100 meters from the cottage.
