« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel. Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking). Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines. I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist. Avoid at all cost. »

« The waterpark area smells horrible!!! There was a pungent smell of mold leading up to the waterpark. The bottom of the wall behind the siding by the hot tub was exposed showing lots of green and black mold. On top of that I busted my ankle on a piece broken hanging from under a bed and when I told them and showed them pictures they didn't care at all or even address it.
