Cocoonr agency offers this charming 180 m² house in Chaulieu to rent for up to 10 people.

It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 25,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 30 m² through living room with connected TV, wood-burning stove (first flambé offered).
- A dining room, also with a wood-burning stove (first flambé offered).
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200cm), shower room and separate WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180x200cm), shower room with shower and private WC.
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160x200cm).
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140x200cm).
- Bedroom 5: with queen-size bed (160x200cm) and desk.
- Shower room with WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- East-west facing terrace furnished with dining table, patio furniture and barbecue.
- An undefined garden of 25,000 m², with a pond and a garden shed, provides an ideal setting for enjoying the outdoors over an aperitif or barbecue.
- A footpath crosses the property, ideal for morning or evening walks.

The house is ideally located in Chaulieu, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Just 5 km away, the flower-filled village of Sourdeval provides all your daily needs (shops, pharmacy), and a market is held there every Tuesday morning.

15 km away, Vire completes the picture with its shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as its historic heritage and cultural and sporting facilities. A market is held here every Friday.

The house is ideally located for exploring the highlights of Normandy and Brittany:
- Château de Fougères 50 km away.
- Mont-Saint-Michel 55 km away.
- Granville 63 km away (Dior garden and Normandy corsair town).
- D-Day landing beaches 80-100 km away (Arromanches/Omaha Beach).
- Saint-Malo 105 km away.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

The gîte is located in a rural area where there is no public transport in the immediate vicinity. We therefore recommend that you come by car to make it easier for you to get around the region.

Bus services are available from Sourdeval, 5 km from the gîte (bus timetables can be found on the regional network website).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vire, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, approx. 72 km away

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The wood-burning stove is functional, the first flambé is free of charge, then wood is provided at a cost of €5 per flambé.
- Animals accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay, one animal only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please clean appliances after use, dispose of rubbish in the bins provided, clean and put away used crockery and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
