The first-floor primary suite offers extra privacy and convenience, while the nearby flex room includes a twin daybed—ideal for a child who wants to sleep closer to parents—as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer.

- Office/Flex Room: A dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, printer, and twin daybed makes it easy to work remotely or create additional flexible sleeping space for a child.

- Basement: Includes a couch, big-screen TV, washer, and dryer. Please note that the basement is currently unfinished and is planned to be drywalled and finished in the fall or spring.

Chatham Vacation offers the best of both worlds: easy access to Chatham’s beaches, boating, restaurants, and village while being removed from the congestion of Main Street.

Jackknife Beach and Pleasant Bay are just minutes away for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and family beach days. Ryder’s Cove is also nearby, adding to the coastal and boating feel of the area.

The home is also a convenient base for exploring the Lower Cape, with Chatham, Orleans, Harwich, and Brewster all easily accessible.

- Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
- No food or drink other than water in the living areas or bedrooms.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Garage is off limits for parking.
- This is a private family home, please be respectful.
