  • STEPS FROM OYSTER POND, SHORT WALK TO TOWN AND CAPE LEAGUE BASEBALL GAMES! This truly is a unique beach house in an exclusive and quiet location just steps from Oyster Pond. Property is very clean and bright and well maintained. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and finished basement is located on a quiet lane and is just 9/10's of a mile to the Chatham Angler's ball-field, and just a bit farther to beaches and downtown. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, first floor laundry, enclosed outdoor shower, SoloStove patio with Adirondack chairs, and Weber gas grill. Master king bedroom has private bath and balcony.

This property has it all. The proximity to town, the beaches and surrounding areas cannot be beat. The street is incredibly quaint and quiet. Wonderful family vacation home

Lisa and Brian have the perfect family getaway. Their house has all the amenities you need along with extra perks like board games, table tennis, bonus basement for extra room and young kids to play in. Family Vacation

We loved the house and our stay! The rooms are spacious which was perfect to set up a pack and play for our son and the basement was great for my two young kids to watch tv/play games and give the adults some space and quiet. A Very Special Week

Just fabulous!

It was by far the best property we could imagine. Superclean, well equipped, comfortable. The kids loved the ping pong table and the hammock. We loved to cook in the fabulous kitchen, relaxing in the chairs in the garden. Chatham and the surrounding area are beautiful. Great beaches, restaurants, everything you could wish for.
