Welcome to BreakAway! Location-Location-Location! Run, walk, or skip the loop in Chatham from this 3 bedroom 3 bath Cape Cod Vacation home. Just a 5 minute stroll to the town landing, 1.1 mile to Oyster Pond, and an easy bike ride to town or Lighthouse Beach! AC units in bedrooms plus a slim line unit in the living area and WIFI all available in this home.

It's just a 5 minute stroll to the town landing to put your kayak or canoe in and spend the day on the water. Just 1.1 Mile to Oyster Pond and an easy bike ride to Lighthouse Beach and Chatham Village for shopping and restaurants. The home has free WiFi. All bedrooms have AC units and there is another Slim Line AC unit in the main living area to keep you cool.

The main floor offers two living areas, one with a nautical theme with comfortable furnishings and a TV room with a flat screen. There is a fully equipped eat in kitchen with sliders to the deck to make for easy barbecuing. The large table welcomes the family for dining together, an umbrella is provided for shade, and the gas grill makes it easy and convenient to cook up your favorite meal! There is extra seating to enjoy a good book or your favorite libation on the back deck or even in the yard! Work or learn remotely in the office area just off the kitchen or at the desk area in the finished lower level.
The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) is also on the first floor with a King bed and full bath (shower only) to which you have access both from the bedroom and hall (Jack & Jill).
Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Both bedrooms have 2 twins in each room.

Downstairs there is spacious family room complete with flat screen TV, foosball, and ping pong for all to enjoy. There is another private sleeping area with a trundle bed that opens up to a king. There is a full bath with a shower too.

The backyard is sprawling, offering plenty of room for you to set up a game of croquet or volley ball. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand at the end of a fun filled day spent on the beach.
