  • Traditioneel huis in Cape Cod-stijl met een grote privétuin in een rustige wijk Chatham.

    • Perfect voor dagen op het strand.
    We hebben alles wat je nodig hebt: strandstoelen, parasol, zandspeelgoed en koeler. Chatham heeft een behoorlijk aantal stranden aan zee en zoet water. Beroemd Hardings Beach ligt op slechts 5 minuten afstand. Heerlijke buitendouche en een waslijn maken uitstapjes vanaf het strand gemakkelijk.

    • Ontspan in de tuin of op het dek.
    Hang in de hangmat om een dutje te doen of in de schaduw te lezen. Speel games in de grote privétuin, geschikt voor familievoetbal, wiffleball, jeu de boules en croquet-spellen die leuk zijn voor alle leeftijden. Geniet van een maaltijd, vermaak of ontspan gewoon op het dek. Het dek heeft comfortabel meubilair, een eettafel en een grote gasgrill. Een van onze favorieten is om "The Garden Path" te verkennen, een graspad dat van het huis naar Oyster Pond loopt.

    • Veelzijdige locatie.
    Mooie vakantieplek in de buurt van mooie stranden, fietspaden, wandelen, uitstekende winkels en restaurants. 5 minuten naar het centrum van Chatham en Hardings Beach. Op loopafstand van de lokale vismarkt, deli, natuurvoedingswinkel en pizza. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving aan een doodlopende weg naar Oyster Pond, geen doorgaand verkeer of openbare toegang.

Bonnie was an absolutely amazing host! We had the most wonderful girls trip in Chatham. Super close to downtown and a super cute neighborhood. The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and had adorable cape cod charm. Bonnie’s communication is top tier, and she makes her guests feel so welcome! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Perfect for the 4 of us. Easy to cook in or to walk to great spot to eat. I hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

Great property, very clean and inviting. Bonnie was a great host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our little getaway! We were on the Cape for a wedding at the Wychmere, and this house was in the perfect location; close to everything we needed!

Great place with a wonderful property manager

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and well-situated, with easy access to Chatham and surrounding areas. The property manager is the best we have ever worked with, always friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this property.

Bonnie is an amazing host! We had absolutely everything we needed for a 3 night stay and Bonnie was so quick to answer us! We loved the use of the grill on the deck. Location was also in great driving distance to everything. Definitely will plan on staying here again!! :)

Adorable Chatham Cottage

This was the cutest cottage! Bonnie was a dream to work with and we were not far from town so we biked all over! Super clean and great neighborhood! Perfect family trip!

Chatham weekend

Bonnie was an exceptional host. Her cottage is in a perfect location for beach, restaurants, and shops. Bonnie’s communication was incredible- we felt very much taken care of upon arrival and throughout our trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Chatham home for our week vacation at the Cape! Beautiful 3BR with a large flat yard for the kids (8&4) to play in with yard games/soccer balls. My wife and I relaxed in the hammock most afternoons before dinner and the outdoor shower was a welcome sight after beach days. Several beaches just minutes away and Bonnie included the best descriptions for everything that made planning effortless (beaches, ice cream shops, restaurants, etc). The location was in the heart of it all with restaurants and pastry shops within walking distance and everything you need around the corner. We spent a day in Provincetown/Wellfleet starting at Dolphin Fleet Whale Watching tours (40 whales 80 seals!), followed by lunch at Truro Vineyards, and ending at The Beachcomber for beach time. Highly recommend that as a full day - Truro and Beachcomber are staples and you can’t go wrong. The Chatham A’s game was a highlight with a kids park and Summer Catch vibes (dating myself). 10/10 will be back and cannot recommend Bonnie enough! She made everything so simple with instant communication and details to make our family trip special. Thank you!

Cozy home in great location. awesome outdoor shower and back deck. Didn’t see a hammock in the back yard as shown in photos, but didn’t check with the hosts as it wasn’t a big deal. Host was very easy to work with. Would stay again!

Great escape

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint, but roomy Cape on the cape. A perfect spot for relaxing and fun. Very close to good food, great beaches, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee every morning on the deck was heavenly. We would not hesitate returning to this home for another visit.

Wonderful Cape stay!

This house was perfect - clean and fully stocked with everything our family of four needed during our stay! The deck, outdoor shower, and backyard were wonderful and the house was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and just a short drive to the beaches. We can’t wait to come back!
