Traditional Family Chalet with Large Terrace and Stunning Mountain Views

The chalet features 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a wood stove and access to a spacious terrace. It is ideal for 8 adults and two or more children.



The property offers private, fenced parking by the roadside and an additional parking area. Access to the chalet itself is on foot via a staircase of 98 steps with wooden sleepers.



Located at 1,200 meters altitude, the chalet faces south and boasts views of the Abondance valley to the right, Châtel village to the left, neighboring mountains (2,000 m), and, in the background, the Swiss range (Dents du Midi, Tour Salière – 3,300 m). Built in traditional Savoyard style, the chalet stands on a concrete slab and is made entirely of timber logs, offering authentic charm and excellent insulation.



The village center is 1.2 km away and can be reached on foot, by car, or via the free municipal shuttle (12 trips per day at fixed times in winter). Six summer multipasses are available on request.



No parties. No smoking (please be careful with cigarette butts outside).



Check-in and check-out: We are flexible with your arrival and departure times whenever possible. For weekends, arrival is from 9 a.m. on the first day, and departure is around 6 p.m. on the last day.



Bed linen and towels are not included.
