The property is very well located…close to Charlottesville attractions and food/drink/entertainment options and just far enough to avoid any excessive noise. The square and surrounding streets are quiet w low traffic. The apartment was large, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Home away from home

The unit was huge! A full living room, separate kitchen and bedroom with lovely hardwood floors and lots of windows. The bathroom was clean and had shelves to put things. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfectly located to walk to everything we needed. It was quiet despite being on the ground floor, and we were thrilled to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We had no need to contact the host during our stay, so cant provide any assessment on that front. A definite gem - would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a historical building

We had a very comfortable stay in this modernized, spacious apartment. The high ceilings and character were spectacular, plus the location was a short walk from restaurants and cafes. The owners literally have everything we could need for an extended stay from a well-appointed kitchen, to laundry... even a small blender and yoga mat! The building and location is very quiet being across from a small park. The bed was very comfortable, easy key-less entry and it was spotless. The desk and work area was exactly what I needed during the day and the living area was comfortable. I look forward to returning!
