Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment which is on the 3rd floor, a resident-only outdoor swimming pool, a modern fitness studio, a gated soccer field, and a BBQ grill & picnic area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home.
Other Things to Note:
DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $21/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but weāve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.
PET FEES
We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by our management prior to booking. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1ā6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays: 7ā13 nights incur an extra $25 for one pet or $49 for two; 14ā27 nights incur an extra $49 for one pet or $95 for two; and stays of 28+ nights incur a fee of $149 for one pet or $295 for two. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets, to help cover the additional cleaning and care required due to increased shedding, dander, and wear. This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-safe environment for future guests. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
ā Age Requirement ā The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18ā20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
ā A valid government-issued photo ID (driverās license or passport)
ā Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
ā All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
ā Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

PACKAGE/MAIL DELIVERY POLICY
We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.
DAMAGES
ā The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit (if applicable)
ā Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure.
