We love this neighborhood!

Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! The check in was slightly complex as you have to submit a photo ID and that was an extra step I wasn’t expecting so, we arrived at 10pm at night for me to realize I didn’t have the check in info. The owners were responsive and got me the info quickly! Overall, we will be back!

Lovely Weekend

The property was just as described. It was very clean with lots of charm. We especially enjoyed coffee and wine on the screened in porch. Our son moved in downtown and this was the perfect location to help him get settled. It's far enough out that it's quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

A week in Charlotte

This property was so perfect. Great location, easy to get around everywhere. And the house was so comfortable and stocked with everyhing needed to stay in for a night if needed. We would stay here again no question. It’s was a great visit.

Total Disappointment!

So, so disappointed. After this experience I would be very hesitant to book another VRBO. The description on the VRBO site sounded great, however, it is all in the marketing! The description indicated that the Home Collection has over 40 meticulously designed residences. The property was far from meticulous. The towels were musty, the scattered rug in the bathroom was dirty, the throw pillows on the couch were stained, the washer door was broken but was replaced. There was mold on the inside parameter of the washer. I could go on and on but I'll stop here. Description of the property was totally off. Then to add insult to injury there was a leak from the dishwasher on the second floor which came through our ceiling onto the floor and countertops. My husband went upstairs to that unit at 5 a.m. in the morning and helped out the resident with the water and then came downstairs to do the same for us. We were concerned with whatever contaminates came through to our apartment since it is a 1920's building. The property owner/Home Collection felt we were not at risk nor would the ceiling come down and would be fixed after our stay. This was on a Tuesday and we were leaving on Sunday! My husband and I were very uncomfortable with the situation and left that day to drive two days back home. We booked 12 days and left on the 8th day. Home Collection would not compensate us for the loss of our stay. Where are the check and balances to listing properties on VRBO?

Well appointed apartment in a very desirable area. This apartment had everything for cooking a Christmas lunch. Searched all over town for playing cards to no avail but found some in the tv credenza. There were even light snacks, items for an arrival dinner and mixers. Everything was spotless and there were plenty of bath linens, comfortable beds and pillows. Host was very easy to work with as well.

Great spot on the edge of Myers Park

Condo allowed my family of four to spread out and offered a perfect home base for doing things downtown and was close to park road shopping, the greenway and some beautiful neighborhoods to enjoy on a walk.

Key To The Pretty City

Given the location and it's position to the heart of the city you could not imagine how queit and peaceful it was at the Queens terrace. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. 10 out of 10!

Owner put alot of thought into making our stay great

It was a fun, comfortable place in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner has thought of all the details too. Dimmers on many lights, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, etc. And the checkin and checkout was the easiest of any place I've ever stayed. They left us a bit of food and drink which we really appreciated on our arrival. Would highly recommend this place!

Felt Like Staying With Extremely Good Friends. .

Thoughtful touches at every turn. Furnished well and appointed as though the hosts had just stepped away for us to use their flat. Lights on music playing softly. Treats and beverages welcoming us. Dining recommendations offered. Neighborhood walks suggested. A wonderful condo. We will return.

Perfect stay!!!

We got there and we had snacks, wine, the pictures do not do it justice! This place is basically a beautiful gallery you get to sleep in, the finishes were beautiful, the owner and management are on top of everything. Will probably come back! The location cannot even be reviewed it’s so perfect, you don’t even have to drive too much for ANYTHING!
