For the price and location this place is amazing. It far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone especially for a couple looking for a great getaway. It's centrally located so everything is close by, and if you're looking a close bar to visit they have a couple of great options within walking distance. For us parking was readily available.

The space was as listed. Clean and cozy. Check-in directions made it easy to park and find the unit. And the location was great, walkable to a number of bars and restaurants.

I felt this listing was a Bait and Switch. The listing is on quiet Nandina Ave but this unit is actually in a small apartment building a few feet off a very busy 4-lane main road Central. There is no sound barrier so you will hear the main road all night. We specifically reserved this unit due it appearing to be on the quiet road but we very disappointed. Uncomfortably furnished but was overall clean. The pictures are accurate of interior

Great location

The location was perfect. It was clean and the owners communicated well and instructions were great. It is not setup for long term, sensitive sleepers or if the extra bed needs to be used. No dresser or closet so you are living out of suitcase. If you are a sensitive sleeper I would give this a miss. The bedroom is on a very busy street and although the noise wasn’t awful there is a streetlight that goes directly into the bedroom and the blinds do not block it. The couch/futon when opened to a bed or not is not appropriate to sleep on for any adult. There is salt and pepper and coffee. So if you are doing a long term will have to buy all basics.

Amazing apartment! Spotlessly clean, great location with easy parking and close to the best parts of the city. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. Thanks guys!

Unit was clean and nice looking , but communication was not there , I tried multiple times to get the AC on but nothing was done about it, only the owner can access the AC. it was almost 90 degrees outside and inside it was worse. We had to sleep with all windows open to try let some air in but didn’t help much. Bring a fan if you book here , because you will end up suffocating of heat. Also you are provided the bare minimum of kitchen utensils , so don’t expect to eat properly any meals . Unless it’s fast food .
