Rental Agreement provided by host will need to be signed upon booking.

Please do not mail any packages to the property.

If key fob or parking pass provided is lost, there will be a $125 replacement fee for each.

ENTIRE BUILDING ACCESS

Guests will have access to all shared amenities that the property has to offer. This includes a 24-hour gym, business lounge with conference rooms, main lounge with a pool table, two large TVs, and a large sitting area.

Free on-site parking (one spot) behind the building. If you have any issues finding the lot, please call us and we will guide you! Excess parking in the same lot is available to you at cost.
