'Staff was very helpful and courteous. Received great customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. For being near a freeway and airport it was very quiet. Over all MUCH better than the H hotel next door.'

'This property didn't have enough parking to accommodate the guests. That's awful. The was no signage on the front entrance. No awning to unload your luggage in case it's raining, in Florida it rains a lot. Customer service puts you on hold for a long time. Bad.'

'This was our second time here. The corner room provides more light and gives the room a more comfortable atmosphere. A lot of attention to detail, very clean. Food was very good, drinks were good, and not over priced. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool area could use a face lift, everything else looked maintained very well. Watch out for hidden destination fees at checkout, as they were supposed to be covered with the booking. Beaches were decent distance though. Would stay again.'

'What a great hotel!! We stayed in a water view room with full to the floor windows. Amazing views, including sunset. The main pool was huge. Lots of areas to relax and swim in. Many chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The poolside service was great as well. Good restaurant choices including a restaurant food court. So happy it’s now a Hilton property so I can rack up Hilton Honors points in a beautiful hotel. We definitely will be coming back!'

The front desk staff, to the Breakfast lady and the cleaning personnel all made us feel special. The breafast has so many variety and plenty of food. I will definitely be back to this Hotel and I have already told many of my friends and family that this place is amazing.'
