Relax and enjoy the view at this Wild Dunes private home! Three Bedroom, Two Bath elevated and updated beach cottage in gated community of Wild Dunes, with access to miles of beach and bike paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches.

Elevated Wild Dunes near beach cottage in wooded area with great views of lagoon and golf course. Watch fish jumping, a variety of island birds, and alligators in their natural habitat from the comfort and safety of the beautiful sun room! Also features sundeck, Gas grill, WiFi, Cable TV streaming with Sling TV plus Antenna. The square footage of this house is 1600. Fireplace cosmetic only, not available for use. No smoking. No pets- exception ONLY for Service Animals and dog considered for stays over 30 days (fee applies).

Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this villa offers affordable accommodations for a small group or family. Centrally located within the community, permitting easy access inside and outside the gates of Wild Dunes. Motor homes, trailers, boats and motorcycles are not allowed.

*Renters do not have access to Resort pools or fitness center per Wild Dunes regulations.**Wild Dunes Resort Dining, Golf, Pickleball and Tennis are available to the public for applicable fees. *

Nestled inside Wild Dunes
The house was basically nice but could use updating including but not limited to the furniture, flooring and lighting. There should have been extra towels but received only one set per person. The sliding glass door was hard to slide, ironically I got a text during our stay by maintenance to come by to look at the door, I didn’t call them. The communication with the Management Company was terrible before check-in; during our stay it was excellent. No blow dryer was supplied. What rental doesn’t have a blow dryer in this day in age? Same does for a K-Cup Brewer vs a conventional coffee maker. Our trip was very last minute, a sudden death in the family. There were a couple of light bulbs burned out too. If I owned the place it would get a make-over and a new Management Company. Still in a pinch, I would stay there again as it’s close to the Wild Dunes pools and to the IOP Oceanfront.

Short walk to beach, quite neighborhood, very relaxing atmosphere. Property could use a little work but, overall it was a nice place.

Chillin on the Coast
Very clean, spacious, great kitchen pots, pans, silverware glasses and dishes! Had everything we needed and a short 15 min walk to beach… used a wagon to take beach items to beach. No keurig but Mr Coffee was fine! Loved to see view of lagoon and golf course. We even had a green heron visitor and watched a gator in lagoon! Grill was awesome too! A pleasant comfy stay!

The place is a bit out dated and has a bad smell on the back sun room. Some of the sliding doors don't work and we kept finding long black hairs on the towels, sheets and bathrooms.

Fantastic Beach Vacation House In A Very Nice Area
The porch is the best part. Beautiful view of nature and the golf course from the back porch. Phenomenal location for a short golf cart drive to the resort amenities and beach access.

Great location!
We have stayed on this street before in another property, and always enjoy our time here at Wild Dunes. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the porch, which looked out onto the first green of the golf course, but was protected. The house was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Would highly recommend!
