Guests enter Flip Flop Fun by either taking the exterior stairs closest to the parking lot for Tidewater building I to the second floor or by taking the building's elevator to the 2nd floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. (There are community luggage carts available for your use near the elevator.) There is a small gate that you'll open to access the front porch and the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer / central hallway, which leads to both bedrooms on the right side of the hall and the kitchen, dining area and living room on the left side of the hall. You'll enjoy ocean views from the living room and master bedroom and ocean breezes (as well as views of the Atlantic Ocean and Tidewater community pool) from the private screened balcony located off the foyer/central hallway in between the living room and master bedroom. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the closet in the kitchen.
Pool closes for winter generally Nov to March, typically reopening April 1.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
