In a peaceful cul-de-sac near the Loire à vélo, a few minutes from the shops (commercial area 3 minutes away with bakeries, hypermarket, biocoop, local producers' hall), at the gates of Amboise, this house is the ideal place to visit the castles of the Loire, the cellars and the Zoo of Beauval.

This magnificent house is very bright and on one level. It is composed of 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite, 2 bathrooms in an enclosed and decorated garden.

You will appreciate the comfort and care taken in the decoration of this house.

Enjoy its large bright living room with open kitchen fitted and generously equipped (large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker), which will allow you to share moments of cooking around the central island.

The large living room has a dining table for 6 people and a very cosy lounge area with its smart TV. This room opens directly onto the large terrace.

On one side of the living room:

- a 160 queensize double bedroom with its en-suite shower room
- a laundry room with storage, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
- a separate toilet

On the other side of the living room:
