This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, gas fire pit in lounge area of rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening!

There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addition there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a dock to moor at! The property offers shared watercraft as well, including 2 Pedal Kayaks, 3 Regular Kayaks, a Canoe, 2 Paddle Boards, Floats, Children's 4 seat paddle boat, and a 15' bouncer on the lake when available during the summer season.

The sidewalks around the property are nice to stroll on with awesome views of the lake, fountains, and a pond. Walks in the evening are especially nice when the stars are shining brightly.

Island's Sunset Gold Guest Room has a queen bed sleeping 2, it's own private bath, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a desk by the window to view the lake, two side chairs, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and an exterior entrance to the rear deck. This room is our smallest guest room. It does not have kitchen or laundry facilities, however, there are lots of restaurant choices nearby, as well as a propane grill on the back deck.
