'I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me.
There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.'

'Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!'

'The room was NOT as advertised. And not just mildly different, it was not even remotely comparable! It was dirty. The doors were taped shut. The curtains were wet and falling off the window. The sofa was filthy and falling apart. We asked for a refund and were denied so we just left.'

'Our room felt outdated, with water stains on the bathroom ceiling, and chips in the wood furniture. Lobby was spacious and clean, and the staff are very kind. We did not utilize the on-site restaurant or the gym so I cannot rate those amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. They also offered a parking garage pass, at a discounted price, which was helpful. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of eateries within walking distance. This would’ve been a great hotel...

'breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.'

'It was okay, the hallway carpet was horrible and dirty and the room had an odor, but I had Lysol and 91 percent alcohol. The bathroom around the baseboard was not too clean, but my grandson enjoyed the pool and staff was great. Need upgrade on room furniture.'
