'The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

Fantastisch! '

'Prima verblijf in gezinskamer (met pubers). Net hotel en prima ligging. '

'Rooms are modern, well maintained, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, requests and complaints are handled really well and quick. Location is great, it is close to many popular attractions in New York.'

'Hotel San Carlos was a perfect place for us to start our daily trips to discover New York. Walking distance of all the attractions and shops in midtown on a relatively quiet place. Service in the hotel is perfect. We would come again with a next Visit. '

'Location was excellent. '

'Prima kamer, smalle bedden.

'Locatie was top! Het hotel is netjes en schoon. Zeker een aanrader.'

'Uitstekend klein hotel op een goede locatie! '

'I stay at this hotel every time I'm in NYC. Nice and clean. '

'My wife and daughters were in town late October to see Harry Styles, and stayed two nights at the Merrion Row. They were delighted with their room (4 sharing two Queen beds) and the boutique feel of the hotel. Staff was super helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, plus they enjoyed breakfast both mornings at the hotel. The midtown location was perfect for walking to Central Park, Fifth Avenue, Bryant Park, MOMA, Rockefeller Center and all the theatres, plus just a short stroll to...
