The apartment is located right in the heart of Chania Old Town. It is clean, spacious, and well laid out, with a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, and stove. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and water. The apartment has plenty of windows, allowing for abundant natural light throughout.The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, all of which work very well. The balcony offers a direct view of the Old Town fountain, and the area is lively at night with surrounding shops and restaurants. The lighthouse is within walking distance, and both a mini mart and a supermarket are conveniently nearby.A washer is provided in the apartment, and a serviced laundromat is located right across the street. The linens are hotel-quality and very comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and spacious with adequate water pressure. During winter, the hot water requires turning on a switch and waiting about 20 minutes before it can be used. The apartment is energy-conscious, with electricity activated by inserting the key card. Parking can be challenging, but there are three public parking areas about a 15-minute walk away.

Perfect location, lovely view. Right in the heart of Old Town Chania harbor. Perfect for enjoying the balcony of the evening with a glass of wine, watching people, relaxing and listening to musical artist located just below. Once you closed the doors to the balcony you heard no hustle and bustle of the city. Comfortable beds for a perfect night of sleep. If returning to Old Town Chania we would stay here again. Our host was very good and checked in on us as well as answered any questions we had.

Our trip to Chania was perfect and this apartment was the main reason. The check-in instructions were easy and explained throughly by the host. The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed us to easily make meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and the a/c worked very well. Our favorite part was the location. Right in center of old town with a balcony to sit and people watch while enjoying our coffee or wine. We will be back!

Old Town Chania Perfection

Wonderful place to stay in Old Town. Steps away from everything if you are looking to join the action and the most perfect view from the balcony to relax after a busy day. Vista del Puerto had everything we needed and we couldnt have asked for a better visit.

Beautiful Location in the heart of Chania

The vista del Puerto apartment is in a beautiful location with a wonderful view of the ancient harbor. It is just as advertised and I would recommend it to everyone looking for a wonderful stay in Chania.

Great location and experience

Just fabulous

Great deck, incredible view, right in the middle of everything. The bedroom was in the back so it was very quiet even though partying in the square went on to all hours. Restaurants, markets, tourist activities all steps away. Ten days in very late April, early May. The beach was a ten minute walk away.

Beautiful Location& Apartment!

Wow! The view from the balcony alone is worth the stay but the spacious and very comfortable apartment made for a wonderful week in Chania with our family of four. The air conditioning worked very well, the kitchen had most of the usual needs and the laundry was amazing! Our hosts were very responsive and thoughtful with treats waiting for us upon arrival. Despite being right above all the action of the town square, we couldn’t hear a thing at night and all slept very well. Being so close to the shops and restaurants was so nice and we learned that venturing a block or two from the centre made a big difference in the menu pricing. Renting a car for a couple of days from one of the businesses right in town was easy and, while parking is limited, they provided some great suggestions on where to park overnight. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and history of Crete. We were sad to leave!

Incredible Stay and an incredible apartment (with top notch host)

Our week long stay was simply perfect. The apartment is in a fabulous location right in the Old Venetian Harbor, close to all the restaurants, shops and night life. The apartment is well appointed and is very spacious. Our host was amazing. He left us wine, after dinner liquor and fresh fruit upon arrival. It was Easter while we were there and he even was so kind to drop of a gift of delicious sugar cookies and a loaf of Greek specialty bread, which were so yummy. He even made us aware of well know musicians from Athens that were performing at a local venue. I give our stay a 10 and would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Thank you for a great stay. We have been to Crete numerous times and we will make sure that we stay here for all future trips.

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment was very clean, decorated with taste and spacious. The owner was always available whenever we had a question. The location was perfect in the center of the old town and with a fantastic view of the port and the sea. We are a family of two adults and two children, the place was perfectly suited for us.
