Villa Christini is a fully equipped home, able to accommodate up to 6 people, steps away from the iconic beach of Stavros. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, modern kitchen, fully equipped spaces. Ideal home for “outdoor living” offering a large terrace with various dining and sitting areas, stone barbecue, and outdoor shower! The beach is at walking distance while the city of Chania just a 20' away. Fully equipped and fully air-conditioned plus wifi, washer, dishwasher, TV, and absolute privacy.

This is a modern, tastefully decorated, brand new Villa, offering absolute comfort and total privacy, able to accommodate up to 6 people in 100m2 of interior and 120m2 of outdoor spaces.

There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a very cozy living room with large window panels offering unobstructed views to the outdoor terraces. Two brand-new bathrooms are available.

Four people can sleep in the bedrooms and two extra (total of 6) on a comfortable three-seater sofa bed, at the air-conditioned living room.

A washing machine, dishwasher and all kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay. There is a country-style fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day.

Its usual residents state it as ideal for “outdoor living” as the private spaces are perfect for families with children or for just sunbathing. There are various spaces at the outdoors offering dining areas as also a stone-built barbecue and views of the legendary mountain of Stavros where the movie “Zorbas the Greek” was shot inspired from the book of the great Nikos Kazantzakis.

A beautiful outdoor shower is also available, ideal for using it after you come back from the beach to wash off sand and salt or just to cool off after a sunbathing session on our terraces.

Indoors, Villa Christini is fully equipped with all necessary equipment for a totally hassle-free stay in order to fully enjoy your holidays.

We are located just 500m away from the famous sandy beach of Stavros where you can also find numerous cafes, restaurants, and mini markets. The city of Chania is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus. Location is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area. Ideal for exploring the vast natural beauty of the area, or, if you prefer to, just to chill out and relax in an ideal private environment.

Villa Christini is located next to the beach of Stavros at the area of Akrotiri in Chania. Stavros is a dreamy sandy cove and an excellent spot for relaxing holidays. The circular coast is pleasantly catered with umbrellas and sunbeds. You can easily access this beach in just a couple of minutes of walking distance from home. It is a popular summer destination among the locals but the limited tourist development leaves the area totally unspoiled.

There are numerous taverns that serve fresh fish and other local Cretan delicacies.

Akrotiri is a place for nature lovers, with interesting walking and hiking paths through the unspoiled gorges with amazing diversity, natural beauty, and living traditions. With picturesque sandy beaches, all awarded with the Blue Flag, century-old monasteries, and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest, historical monuments, Akrotiri attracts many visitors every year, who enjoy Cretan hospitality and nature at their best.

You will find some unique spots to enjoy the gift of the gods, our Sun and Sea. In the vicinity, there is the famous from the movie 'Zorba the Greek', Stavros beach and the mountain with its infamous cave. Also nearby there are the gorgeous beaches of Kalathas, Marathi, Loutraki, Machairida, Tersanas, Seitan Limania and much more.

The Venetian harbor of the old city of Chania with its scenic centuries-old lighthouse is located at just 15 km of distance from our home.

The road network is quite extensive and in good condition, reaching all the villages and beaches of Akrotiri. There is also a very frequent bus connection with Chania.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
