« After check-in, doors were open to all work areas which looked very unkempt, bed mattress was worn out . . . we both had trouble sleeping and had back aches throughout the rest of our drive, breakfast was sparse and very un-appealing so we ate breakfast elsewhere, . . . Basically the hotel didn't match anything we had read on Expedia which is why we drove out of our way to stay in a place that fit our budget. . . . our mistake. »

« Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom. »

« A decent place to stay for the price. Convenient to dining options. The room was clean and well lit. Water pressure was fine. The mattresses were a bit soft for my liking. There was no hair dryer in the room. 😟 When staff cleans a room there should be a checklist of essentials they sign to indicate the room is ready. Having ear plugs supplied at the bedside should’ve been an early indicator of a noisy air conditioner. The staff is trying hard, but renovations are needed. »

« I love hampton suites. Very roomy and well laid out. What I didn't like was the noise from the bathroom. Sounded like a water leak with a constant drip sound. I reported it and was told it was a fan making the noise. 2nd night we turned on the bathroom fan and shut the door. This worked pretty well. All in all nice stay minus the drip sound the first night. Very friendly pleasant hotel staff. »

« We booked a last minute room late at night and just needed somewhere we could rejuvenate and perk up for the morning. Check in was fine - it was clear there was some remodeling going on - and the hallway had sticky notes for the room numbers. Our room was PRISTINE and we thought we might have been the first ones in it - tv still had the sticker on it and the pain smell was heavy. We thought these were positives at the time.
