Stoneridge D41 has 36 steps for entry, is one level, and offers internet

access. This pet-friendly unit has a standard rating and sleeps up to eight

guests.



After entering the connecting foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a

flat screen and a ventless gas fireplace. The fully functional kitchen

complements the dining room, which seats six. The first bedroom offers a king

bed, TV, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third

bedroom features a queen bed, daybed/trundle, and TV, sharing a full bath with

the second bedroom.



Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community,

within walking distance to the slopes (weather permitting). There is a small

deck with a view of the slopes, but it does not offer a grill.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball

courts and the community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to

utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
