The Host Greg was very accommodating.. He was there upon our arrival. The snow was very deep. He used his own large utility snowmobile to compact a trail across the lake and through the beautiful property to make sure that we had direct access to trail 5. He had a nice spot cleared out to accommodate 4 snowmobile trailers. The home was exactly as stated on the Vrbo site. It's beautiful and accommodated our group of eight easily. He went out of his way to help one of our travelers that had got his snowmobile stuck on Lake while ice fishing. It's a winter wonderland. Spring,Summer, fall or winter this place would be a great experience.

The cabin is beautiful and comfortable, layout is perfect for two families to enjoy. We had a ton of fun fishing the lake and exploring the property. It is remote so recommend bringing what you need!

We had a wonderful trip and truly enjoyed this property! It was a real treat to have our own private lake, and we could watch the fish jump, the busy beavers hard at work and the bald eagles looking for dinner. Greg and Katie were the best hosts! The property is the best we have ever stayed at because we treasure privacy and nature. You can't see or hear any other properties --you're deep in the Northwoods. We saw Trumpeter Swans, beaver, an eagle, and caught 50 to 60 large and smallmouth bass, one being 19 inches long!We also drove our 4x4 on most of the 20 to 30 (My estimate) miles of on-property atv trails.

Pictures do not do it justice! Place is beautiful. Fishing was top-notch. We rented a mule and a pontoon — both were a blast. And huge shoutout to Greg and Katie, the awesome hosts who made it all even better! The lake has its own bald eagle, and a beaver our niece proudly named Fernando and Bernard. Truly and experience we will not forget.

Excellent get away. It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot. Beautiful log home on a private lake with great fishing and located within 30 min of other great fishing lakes. Very relaxing. The hosts were outstanding.

This off grid cabin was an amazing place to stay and play! Lots to do with hiking, kayaking, fishing, boating, etc. The views were superb. Could not ask for a better, more relaxing vacation in the UP.
