It is located on the edge of a small country road with one other house opposite without overlooking. It has a large open garden with a lovely private pool and expansive views over the countryside. There are terraces with plenty of seating areas to sunbathe and enjoy. The house's interior is rural yet bright and has plenty of space. Ideal for families and friends!
The house is located on a country road with a second house of the same owner on the other side, which is also rented out. Both houses maintain their privacy and have no direct view of each other.
The house is located in one of the most beautiful places in Dordogne. Visit the town of Brantome for its cosy centre, terraces, and restaurants, and you can especially go canoeing on the river.
Périgueux has a historic centre, and you can spend a lovely day there at leisure
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
