'The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. There are great views of the lake and mountains, and a constant spectacle of paragliders taking off from the mountain opposite. The house has lots of space and is well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is of a good size for cooking for a large-ish group, and had pretty much everything we needed. Everything...

'It was a beautiful house in a lovely town. Much nicer than a big city. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen. The house was filled with sunlight and was very quiet. Short drive to town. Very friendly host. Great communication '

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa de Baumier! Prachtig huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, goede bedden, 2 badkamers en waar we heel erg van genoten hebben was de airco! Alles was nieuw, schoon en heel netjes. Ook ideaal: supermarkt om de hoek. '

'Grundsätzlich ist das Haus und vor allem der Garten wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist gut (leider sieht man den See nicht, aber das ist von den Bildern her aber klar. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Geschirr, Gläser, sogar Lebensmittel wie Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz, Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ausserdem findet man auch Toys wie ein Töggelikasten und ein Mini-Billiard, von dem eigentlich gar nichts erwähnt war. Auf ein Auto ist man aufgrund der etwas abseits liegenden Lage aber angewiesen: Ich Hochsommer...

'Il a fait très chaud lors de notre séjour mais nous avons bien profité de la fraîcheur de la maison qui était parfaitement situé très proche du centre de Chambéry. L'accès est facile.'
