'The room had a big bed and plenty of cupboard space and a nice bathroom. The hotel is 3 blocks off the busy street, so it's a fairly busy area. But it was quiet and the staff were willing to book all your tours and go the extra mile. Our departure flight was late, so they stored our luggage and let us shower before our airport taxi at 5:00 PM.'

'We stayed for 3 weeks. The room was perfect and they cleaned it on request. They provided a good breakfast with many choices every day and two bottles of water. The owners, a local family, could not have been nicer or more helpful made us feel very at home - we actually extended our stay as the experience was so good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Lovely clean pool. Location also perfect for everything. Tons of restaurants of all types, spas, and very close to beach. '

'Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great.'

'The hotel was fine, but I would maybe rate it more 3.5 up to 4 stars. The room was big with nice view. On the description it says many things like welcome drinks etc. but when we arrived there was none. I give them kudos for allowing to check me in a bit earlier then standard check-in time. When we want to use the big pool on 01st floor we were unable because they were cleaning for hours. And when we did the next days after the water was not clear.
