'This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. Great resort and close to a full grocery market for additional needs. Junior suite has good size fridge with icemaker and drinking water is supplied to the room twice a day.'

'The only negative to this stay was the lack of clarity on the road to get there was all dirt for the last 3-4miles. Very rough terrain. We didn’t mind the fact that there was no other hotel or resort nearby which made the stay almost too quiet.'

The staff extremely friendly from the rum punch and cool towel greeting to the gentlemen at the towel hut and bar staff. 'The hotel is right on the best part of Grace Bay Beach and close to downtown, so it's very near many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent; they even wash your dishes. Once or twice they left fewer towels than we needed, but that's normal—they're human beings! And when we asked for them, they replaced them right away. My hair dryer wasn't working properly, and I had a new one in minutes. I'm already thinking about returning, and...
