'It basically is a apartment complex with several permanent residents. The parking situation is atrocious. There are like 20 parking spots and 30 vehicles every morning blocking each other in. I had no TV my entire stay which was fine but would have been good at night. It is in a convenient location so that was the biggest plus for my stay but the reviews I read prior to going were totally misleading.'

'The property was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Liz, was very accommodating. She provided a portable crib for our baby without hesitation. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the selection of games and took advantage of the provided beach chairs and towels. I only wish we could ahead stayed longer! 'The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. '
