I ask this because it is written everywhere that the cost of parking is not included in the room rate and that parking availability is limited (and it is not possible to make a parking reservation in advance).We are sorry that you had a bad smell in your room. This is certainly not due to the lack of cleanliness, but being a very old building, it most likely depends on the pipes which, during rainy days, have a return of smell. We will try to remedy this issue as soon as possible and thank you for reporting it to us. Dear Guest,we thank you for choosing our Hotel OLDINN as your favorite in Český Krumlov and for taking the time to write your review.We are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction, because for us the opinion of our guests is very important.The Hotel is located in the heart of Český Krumlov, therefore a point of passage (especially during the day) for tourists and locals.But, we rarely receive complaints about noise, so it is obvious that it is a purely personal sensation, which we obviously cannot do anything about.As regards the problem with the air conditioning system, it is true that it occurred and unfortunately it was neither expected nor wanted. We have done everything possible to overcome this problem, providing a fan in the room and offering you some amenities as a sort of compensation.Your booking was with an already discounted rate, therefore, after checking with our Reservation Department, it was told us that it was not possible to make further refunds on it.We are truly sorry that you experienced any inconveniences during your stay and that we were unable to resolve them as you would have liked.We hope that you can soon return to stay in our Hotel and we will be happy to show you that all the positive reviews written by our guests are not invented and that the quality of our services and the courtesy of our staff are among the best, here in Český Krumlov.We thank you for choosing us and hope to see you again soon.Best regards

But we will definitely try to improve, following your suggestion.As far as the "deposit" is concerned, we are sorry and we are surprised that you find it "incomprehensible " to ask for a deposit as a guarantee, when instead it is a very normal procedure, when you use an asset that you do not own. For example, If you rent a car, an amount (much higher than 2.000 CZK) is blocked on your credit card, which is released once it has been verified that no damage has been done to it or that the tank has been filled. With the same concept, the guest is asked for a deposit which will be immediately returned, if there was no extra consumptions (from the Restaurant, for example) or if there was no damages found in the room. Honestly it's even a low amount, if you consider these cases.In any case, we hope you will soon have another opportunity to stay in our Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay even better than the one you had.Best regards
