'Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison et son environnement. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Elle est lumineuse, bien équipée et soigneusement décorée. La vue est très belle de toutes les pièces. Le lieu est facilement accessible et proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt, tout en demeurant très calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et le panier d'accueil généreux. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le chauffage mais cela a été réglé...

'this beautiful house in verucchio was all we needed. We were with 7 people and a baby for a cycling event and the house was absolutely fabulous. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and enough space for all of us. We loved to stay in this beautiful region with mountains and the sea is only 25km away. The contact with the friendly owners was also perfect so it was a holiday you will never forget.'

'We came to Italy to compete at the Dragonboat Club Crew World Championships. We are a big team so having such a beautiful large and spacious accommodation made our experience very memorable. We could relax after a long day of competition and find many private areas when we were looking for solitude. I strongly recommend this property to any sports team looking for accommodation. We even hired a private chef to come every other night. Made our liver very convenient while the food was delicious.'

'We were a group of 9 who were in Italy for a Dragonboat race in early September. Allesandro's property was perfect for all of us and was very much as described. The decor was interesting and fun, we enjoyed spending time in the front room with lots of space for all of us to relax on the sofas there. There were plenty of linens for the beds and lots of towels not only for use in the house but more than enough for our trips to the beach (a short walk away) as well. We arrived to find a basket...

'The property is on top of the hill and very beautiful. The outdoor space is amazing, we did not get to enjoy the Jacuzzi as we were not there long enough. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Finding the house was also very simple. The host is very kind.Inside the house is very nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, the kitchen has ample space for at least six people. We really enjoyed our stay at this home.
