'BL18 is a wonderful place to stay when passing at Ferrara. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location.'

But that does not matter so much to me. O and at the last room of...

'The bed was comfortable. After finding out there was no hot water and discussing this with the staff we were treated to a delicious apertivo in the bar. If I had not had a discussion with the staff we would not have received any compensation for our inconvenience.'
