'todo muy bien, excepto por el servicio a la habitacion donde la persona llevo la cena y por ser tarde la dejo con muy mala actitud, seguido de eso no me dejo ticket ni voucher y aun no he podido facturar el consumo por que cuando solicite el ticket al siguiente dia me dijeron que no se podia y que tenia que enviar correo solicitandolo. deberian entender que algunos tenemos horarios respecto a otros paises por lo que debemos atender llamadas tarde por la noche o muy temprano en la mañana.'

While I do agree the water pressure wasn’t great and that it wasn’t as close to amenities as other hotels, but the two separate sitting areas, dinning room, washer/dryer, and kitchen set up, plus private outdoor space made this space worth it. 'Es prácticamente un departamento. Tiene todo lo unico es que la cama es fatal!! Durisima, me dolia todo el cuerpo, cero comoda. Eso y dormir en el suelo es lo mismo. De ahi en fuera todo bien'

'Great place to stay in Condesa! Booked through Expedia and did not run into any issues at check-in. They did not require a credit card hold or a rental deposit (despite seeing reviews about this). Staff were very friendly and professional (though not super fluent in English). The area was very safe. You do have to buzz into the main entrance every time, which is a bit annoying. But the security staff are there 24/7. Loved how there were free bike rentals and free laundry facilities in the...

'This is an amazing place to stay. Excellent location, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly. They took time to help us with our Spanish and made us feel at home. The location is as good as it gets in a green leafy area full of restaurants. We would go back. '

'La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada. El personal amable y agradable. La linea 9 del metro está a unas cuantas cuadras y te deja justo fuera del palacio de los deportes. Solo tuvimos 2 detalles. Se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y al agua caliente no era consistente. Fuera de eso el lugar increíble.'
