'We stayed at the fabulous Lido Hotel for 2 nights in December 2025. The hotel is located in central Santa Cruz, within a 4 block walk from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and also a short 10 minute walk from the iconic Cristo Redentor statue. Check in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large attached full bathroom. The air conditioner did a great job of cooling the room. Breakfast was served each...

'The hotel is well located, convenient for restaurants and shopping, and very quiet. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, very well appointed and comfortable. Love the design of the corridor! Staff are friendly and helpful. A bar at the dining area where breakfast is would be great.'
