'Een prima hotel, schoon , modern en service gericht. Reistijd in afhankelijk van de erg drukke omgeving, zeker als beide terminals worden aangedaan. Het restaurant staat los van het hotel qua operatie , is eenvoudig maar wel 24 uur open. Excursie is zo geregeld. De omgeving is echter niet uitnodigend voor een wandeling.'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. We paid more for this hotel because of this service. When we checked in, we were informed that the next morning the shuttle wouldn't run for a while, but they would order a taxi (that we had to pay). 'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'
